Invantive in Hierden (Harderwijk)
Invantive in Hierden (Harderwijk) provides solutions for project-based companies with a turnover between 1 and 800 million Euros in projects. These solutions are experienced as unique by clients and are currently sold in the Netherlands through a direct channel and through indirect channels. For the recruitment of new clients the methods cold acquisition and 'being found' are used.
The traineeship
In 2012, Invantive is planning to provide the solutions in Germany, initially from Hierden (Harderwijk). You will be responsible for investigating and determining the necessary steps to develop this market. The main idea is that the recruitment of new clients in Germany has to be done by as much as possible by using the method of `being found ': during the purchasing stage individuals in the target group will be assisted to contact on their own initiative a reseller or Invantive.
The traineeship assignment consists of the following components:
- Getting to know the current marketing system for "being found" in the Netherlands;
- Analyzing marketing resources for the method of "being found" which are not used already and their potential for the Dutch market;
- Determine characteristics of the German market in terms of needs, potential target groups and parties (competitors, implementation partners, resellers) both in quantity and quality;
- Set up an action plan and initiate/transfer the first steps.

Prerequisite knowledge
The following qualifications are required to be able to bring this traineeship assignment to a successful conclusion:
- Understanding what is involved in adapting business processes for a new geographical market.
- Understanding the steps needed to be able to develop a new market.
- Affinity with online marketing opportunities.
- Verbal skills for the German language should be at B1 level.
- Verbal and writing skills for the English language should be at B2 level.
